Malaysian Palm Oil Board Regulation 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 [Act 582], the Minister makes the following regulation
"Any person who fails to comply with the requirements of a notice under this regulation or knowingly or recklessly submits or furnishes or causes to be submitted or furnished any incomplete, inaccurate or untrue in any particulars, document or information commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both."
